Ripoff

I just signed-in with this company about 6 weeks ago and until now they haven't got my system operational. There is an issue with my computer software. I just realized i'm paying a fortune for the machine they sold me, $129/month (4 yrs.). The salesman was ephasizing on my savings that i totally overlooked the machine he was selling me.

I have read some of the complaints on this company from this site, somebody should stop this guys!

I tried numerous times to call these people, very hard to get thru, to top it all they are already debiting my checking account for the machine and the bank fees (chase), so I closed my checking account today.
