First Premier Bank... If I had known when I signed this agreement just how sorry this company is. Well, it is too late for me however. Buyers beware. There are so many fees which are associated with use of this card, and not all of them are disclosed up front, such as the internet usage or payment charges.
They say they are here to help rebuild credit, however don't count on it. They hold your payments for 14-20 days (yes they held mine for 20 days) and harass you at work if you are late... Don't even bother asking them not to call your work because they still will.
And on top of it all, call customer service and see which rude person they send to the phone to discuss your credit account. I just called their earlier today to try to find out about a payment discrepancy that I had.
The person I spoke with was very defensive and condescending. And did not help one bit. I asked for someone else to return my call... We'll see about that though, I don't owe them any money.
