Ripoff frauds attorneys fees late fees fraudulant forclosure proceedings! Minneapolis Minnesota

Boy, I've only had my home for 2 going on 3years now and I was actually thrilled to know that my loan had been sold to HomeComings. I throught this was a good move but boy was i wrong! I admit to making the mistake of falling 3 months behind on my mortgage and ignored the notices of intent to foreclose. Now I realize what a mistake I made! June I recieved a foreclosure proceeding notice from Homecomings attorneys.

I immediately contacted and spoke with the foreclosure specialist and told him that I had 2000 dollars that would cover 2 of the 3 months of payments! He says thats not good enough and I ould have to pay the attorneys fee which is $1600, late fees that came to $265.00 some other fee for $160.00 and my july payment all totaling 4800! All of this happened in a matter of days! Notce recieved on June 22, attorneys fees, notice recieved on june 29th. I agreed to sign a payment agreement which would raise my mortgage from 1029 to 1400 for the next 8 months. From June until Feb!

I'mcurrently recieving help from a neighborhood foreclosure prevention program and found out that the foreclosure should have never been started! The 1600 should have never been applied! Homecomings has agreed at one point to erase the payment agreement, so i thought! After paying 1265 for dec payment which enclude negative and current escrow for insurance and taxes, i was told that i needed $135 more cause the 1400 payment agreement is still in effect! I informed them that i was getting help and that my representative, who is in communication with Homecomings, told me how much i need to pay from now on! The program would have paid the 1400 up until Febuary if i really owed that amount! Now there is a threat that my payment will be returned if i dont send them 135 more to keep the agreement! They really only care about the extra money they can make! The foreclosure reps, one in partiular, first name Micheal, is a complete jerk! I couldnt get payoff, or any other information sent, and im really afraid that once my credit has been repaired which has been critically damaged because of Homecomings, that i will have a very hard time getting away from this company! Will give the outcome of this nighmare asap!
