Ripoff, fraud, possible identity theft

Received email for credit card application. Followed link to site. Entered all the information, routing #, acct #, for checking account. Decided not to submit, but when the cancel button was clicked, it submitted anyway. Now have a 149.95 charge against my account. I contacted my credit union before the charge hit and put a stop payment, authorization revoked order against it.
This is a total scam.
