Misrepresentation of mortgages, high pressure sales, forging of documents, outright lying

Do not under any circumstances do business with this company. I made the huge mistake of obtaining my first mortgage through this company and was lied to about every detail. I was told there would not be a prepayment penalty, when in fact there was a 3000 prepayment penalty. This was told to me by the President of the company herself Oditza Carrasco. This woman is pure evil as I later found that my financial information was doctored to get the loan through. I was also never told that this was a subprime loan with a scumbag mortgage company that was more interested in holding your payments and foreclosing on your home than with doing honest business.

The most wonderful thing Ms. Carrasco did was lie to me about the value of the property and then hire a scumbag apprasier to inflate the value of the home to get a second mortgage. This second mortgage has locked me into this house for years. While I mostly blame myself, Ms Carrasco and her company made no effort whatsoever to be honest with me and I feel their actions were criminal. I have notified the attorney general on what they did but in the meantime if one person can read this and not do a loan through this filthy woman then it is worth it. What is striking to me is this woman is honored just because she is a minority with a business while nothing she does is honorable. I have many more dissatisified customers I am in contact with and rest assured a class action lawsuit is in the works. Ms. Oditza Carrasco and her underhanded dealings MUST BE STOPPED!
