Hourly harrassment, not my account

This company calls hourly from 8am to 10 pm every single day. They have been calling for five months regarding a debtor account WHICH IS NOT MINE. This man does not live with me. I used his credit card six months ago for an online purchase, which is where they got the number. They are relentless. I have told them where he works and lives and an hour later I get another call regarding this account. They will not discuss the matter with me nor allow me to speak to a supervisor because it is not my account. They will not remove me from the call list. This is harassment and I am soooooooo tired of it. Please make them stop or refer me to someone who can make them stop.
