This Individual is real slick he will require a large deposit to "QUOTE" Lock in a good rate for you. Then he will ask for all paperwork needed for loan to make it look good. Then as time goes by he will "QUOTE" KEEP YOU UPDATED.

Then he will say everything is ok the settlement will be next tuesday at 11am at this location. Then the night before he will call you and say he is missing 1 paper that someone did not fax in time and reschedule for next thursday. Then again on that wednesday before he will call and say the bank sent over the wrong paperwork. Reschedule again.

If you let him it will go on for months. We were going to settlement according to him in July. I finally pressured him enough that he called my agent. And said
he was backing out because of some information he supposedly had recieved. Which was all a lie because everyone from the agent to the HUD people were pressuring him.

I later did a background check on this character to say the least it came back 17 pages long. From forgery to illegal use of credit cards. I checked with the Pennsylvania Banking commision and he was not licenced to do that type of work.

I sued him in court he never even showed up. Now we are trying to collect and getting the runaround. Next step is criminal charges. All i have to say is BEWARE OF "NEIL SAFIER" FIRST RATE FINANCIAL GROUP in Eastern Pennsylvania
