After receiving several offers from majestic visa i said ok. When their reply came it was not as stated in the offer. The offer was a visa, preapproved, with minus some deductions would have $51. Credit on it. The reply wanted $340.in payments before the card was issued. And my credit would be absolved of this debt mark which debt is over the legal time limit.
