Ripoff threatening slander libel against newspaper expose - BRING IT ON!

This article is from June but no news since. I am planning on contacting the writer to find out if anything has happened in the meantime. It's almost funny that a writer exposes Boyajian for the bottom-feeder that he is, and gets threatened with libel *BY BOYAJIAN* for his trouble. How funny would it be for this to go to litigation, and the writer provides proof from the attorneys general in Minnesota, Virginia, Massachusetts etc. That Boyajian is being investigated for fraud? Boyajian can't be that stupid... Could he? Just more of the same posturing from a lowlife who sends fraudulent letters to old ladies, trying to swindle them out of a few hundred bucks and violating state and federal law in the process.

The first line of the article refers to a legit law firm getting a bogus claim letter from Boyajian and possibly filing a class action lawsuit against him. You can't make this stuff up.

BTW, anybody ever seen Boyajian in public? I assume the guy rarely makes guest appearances, but with all this attention he's gotta have people on his trail.
