Contracted to do a mortgage with this company. Told me that the rate was locked, called me back 2 weeks later and said that the rate never got locked and they tried to increase the rate 1/2%
5.75% to 6.25%
They are crooks, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!
