Business Office Systems And Solutions
Trying to collect dubious 4 year old debt. They are getting desperate. Ripoff

Business & Finance

These clowns have been sending me letters and have an auto-dialer contacting me at all hours of the day and into the evening. The auto-dialer says that it is attempting to contact me about a debt and offers options to pay using a credit card or press a button to indicate that I'm going to send a check... No way to speak to anyone. Twice I have called and spoken to reps who have promised to send me a detailed invoice showing the supposed phone calls that I made... in 2001. No invoice ever arrived. Like others noted here, I received the final settlement offer to pay 50% and have the debt wiped clean. From what I understand, "debts" in my state can be enforced for only 4 years, which means that very soon these idiots will have no legal right to claim that I owe them anything. Their extortion attempts are getting more desperate as time marches on since clearly they know that anyone who fails to pay soon will have the right to tell them to kiss their rear-ends.
