Ripoff unauthorized checking account deductions

I never subscribed to this service. It was for a credit card offer I was refused. I called and canceled the membership immediately but this company said they never received it. They credited me for 2 months fees ($14.95) but have been deducting my account since March for a total of $119.50. Again, I NEVER AUTHORIZED the deduction. Thank you for any assistance you can provide. The company said this was for a KMART gift card that I never received. They are using KMART in their solicitation.
