Frank Memmo, 1st Metropolitan Mortgage stole money from commission checks, took one entire check and will not pay

Frank Memmo is a crook. There was money missing from every check I received from the company. I had several meetings with him regarding the missing money, and he said he would pay me what he owed me. After I left the company, I was waiting on payment from my last closing. Frank said not to worry, he'd mail me the check.

He has not sent the check, and after finally getting him on the phone he said he won't send me the check.

In my contract when starting to work for the company it states that if an employee leaves the company they are to be paid for all closings while they were with the company.

He has screwed several other workers, and I don't want him to get away with stealing my money from me. If it helps show what type of place he's running, I worked there for four months.

In our downstairs office there were probably 10 people. Four months later when I left, maybe 3 of those 10 people were still working there, because they had left and gone to other places.

I was advised to "watch your back with Frank Memmo", by one employee who left the company. He mentioned money missing from his checks, and said to be careful. Turns out he was right.
