Ripoff Liars deceivers vulger and completeley unhelpful

I am a single mom. I refinanced my home over the summer and got the title back in my name. My new mortgage company sold me to Americas Servicing at the end of Sept. 2005. I started to get harrassing calls and messages on my answering machine on 10/2. I skipped 2 lunch breaks trying to call someone. Fianlly I reached someone who told me to ignor the calls and my paperwork was being processed. I did not get anything from them until 10/22 and that statement read that I needed to make a DOUBLE MORTGAGE payment by 11/10. The calls continued and one even made me late to work. They called on Saturdays when I was working and even harrassed by sons who were at home for my work or cell number. I still have not gotten any paperwork from them in the mail except a statement. I called them today and requested some paperwork and they informed me that the package is $10.00. I asked them some questions about my loan and none of the infromation that was on my orginal loan is corrects. I do not have an ARM loan and that is what they have me in, also I did not have a 24 monthy pre payment penalty loan. Now I am frightened and I was very upset. I need to sell my home next year and now they are telling me if I sell or re-finance I could pay thousands!

Please can someone help me, I am a single mom and I am frightened now and I do not know what to do.
I searched through all my closing papers and I can not find any of this information.
