Disgusting phone threats of foreclosures and bda credit reporting. Ripoff

I have a loan with this company. It was not the company of my choice but my loan was sold to them I believe in April this year. It is one loan but divided into two. So I am required to send two checks to service my loan.in July, I made a mistake of sending one check for the whole amount and they credited one loan living the other deliquent. They immediately sent me a letter of foreclosure, charged me fees and reported me to credit bureaus. I called them many times to correct the mistake but they did nothing and continued threatening me with foreclosures. It was only in October that they tried to correct the mistake. But due to late fees charges, there was a balance of about $60.

They told me they will not correct the bad credit reporting because of this $60. I sent this balance right away. Now my credit is so bad I can't get a refinance and I have to stay with LITTON whether I like them or not. One loan is at 9% interest.
