Unauthorized withdrawal of money from checking

This company made an unauthorized withdrawal from my checking without my knowledge. When reviewing my checking account I found a charge I did not recognize.

I called my bank and was given a toll free number for USA Benefits. I was told by a representative, Erica that this was a service I had been utilizing on 90 day trial and the trial time was up. Since I had not opted "out" the monthly fee began. The service was for a free credit report.

I have never signed up for this service, nor have I ever obtained my credit report through the internet. Erica did tell me this would have been part of another site where I would have had to choose to opt out of the free trial service. (In other words a pop up ad). Erica did give me a cancellation number and promised the draft would stop.

I will be watching my account closely over the next months.
