Cheated employees and screwed the customers even more

I got a loan which was not a fix intest rate. Was told after a year i can fix interst rate if i paid my bill on time, which i did. With no additional charge. Which i made him intial. But after the yeaar we were given hell. We got the fix interest but had to pay a large amount of money for it.
