Ripoff false Advertising, refusal to provide services to the disabled, and false statements

This is a warning to anyone seeking a loan through Cash Call.

They sent me a letter stating that they give loans to anyone with a checking account and an income. So I applied.

I am on Social Security income because I am disabled. But its an income. A guranteed income.

They then pre approved me and gave me an amount for pre approval. I then recieved a call a day later asking me if I was employed.

Of course I am not and I told him that. He then said I was not approved because I don't work.

What ever happened to everyone is approved if they have an income and a checking account? But he said I had to have a job. I told him I am disabled and can't work.

I felt that I was being discriminated based on my inability to work and that I was lied to about their requirments. I never was told that I had to have a job until I applied.

I then took my case to another higher up who repeated this and referred me to their lawyers so I contacted the BBB.

They told the BBB that they don't have any such rules requiring a job and that I was turned down because of my credit score. What they did not realize is that I had a verbal witness and documents saved from their company through this entire transgration.

Final result: With some clever false advertising and some lies I was rejected because my income is Social Security and not a job.
