Ripped Off, Lied to, taken advantage of, pissed off, credit card scam

About a month ago, I recieved a phone call from a company claiming to be CitiFinancial. I was then told I was getting a Visa Card accepted at over 1500 locations worldwide. I recieved a card and some catalogs from New Credit Financial.

They told me that I would recieve a verification form to fill out and return to them before they debited my account $300.00. They took the money out two days before I received the form... Which was supposed to come one week before I got it. This resulted in NSF in my account... No big deal. Pfft.

The big deal is this IS NOT what I was told I was getting and they ARE NOT who they claimed to be. Thus, what gives them the right to do what they did in debiting my account? A recording of my voice? Well, if indeed they recorded my voice they have this guy named Sean/Shawn (claimed to be his name anyway) on the recording telling me I was recieving a Visa from CitiFinancial as he would not shut the hell up during the recording I was supposed to be listening to and responding to.

If it helps, at that point my only source of income was SSDI for being schizo-effective, and have not been on medication since April.

Well I am gonna leave it at this before I get all sorts of uncivil and get in trouble for it. Have a nice day!
