Mark Berch and bros. At it again, unethical, abusive, discriminatory ripoff

Mark Berch is at it again! Do not use Sevice Finance! Mark and his two brothers, known for scamming the public, have now gotten their hands into the finance world! Of course, the company cannot be in his name, but rest assured, he is the henchman! As an ex-employee, I can tell you they have not changed their ways ONE BIT!!!

I was forced to work six days a week, forced to take legal documents and use my college education to "make it so I don't get sued, " as Mark Berch would tell me. Forced to work six days a week with no time for family. Forced to discriminate agains the elderly: "Don't make it obvious, but don't approve someone who is terminally ill or old" as "partner" Karl McNish told me.

I was also asked to make "copies" of signatures and then to cut them out and make fradulent loan documents. It does not end there, I was also told to use a certain individual's social security number, name and other private information to act as him and access personal motor vehicle records.

Also in place is Mark's extremely abusive banter. He throws things, swears constantly with every other word being "f*" and everything else under the sun. His actions also included throwing things, slamming doors, and creating a completely chaotic work atmosphere.

Do NOT USE this company. They now have their hands in subprime car loans, run by an individual who was fired from another large finance company. He too is as shady as the Berch's.

PLEASE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, the Berch's are at it again! We must stop them!!
