Holding checks to collect late fees, easier to foreclose and default on your mortgage consumer rip-off fraud

Ok everyone. I have checked with my bank and Ocwen STILL has not cashed our payment. We sent this check March 12th and it took exactly 3 days to reach them. Today is the 21st of March and they are still holding the check.

Here is how they have been holding our checks: (hope you can follow this): 2-28-02-payment sent and they cashed it on 3-15-02.

This is the one that REALLY gets me. Sent payment 2-7-02 and they cashed it on 2-28-02! Postal service insists it takes 3 days to reach them. They are correct. I can assure you.

Why in the world they are holding this money is beyond me. This is only the last few payments I have sent to them. We'd be here all day if I had to list every single one! Please feel free to contact me on my Complaint me anytime over this problem as I will forward them if you'd like to our attorney so that he can get a good look at this also. He already realizes how frustrating they are but your situations will really help.
