Ripoff, unfair practices, misleading, deceptive, unable to talk with, doesn't return calls

We were 1 payment behind almost caught up. They started foreclouser saying 3 months behind. Sent $1500 to bring current sent back payments, refused any further payments. Now wanted over $4000 to bring current. We hired a lawyer to help they now want almost $7000 to reinstate we are going to have to pat it to save our home. They kept asking us to fill out forms so they could decied weather or not they would allow us to make arrangements to reinstate our mortage. They said we would get an answer within 5 days; no answer ever came. After the 3rd time they asked us for the forms we already sent, faxed and mailed certified mail; I figured out it was all a stall tactic to try and keep us from looking for other options to saving our home. The longer they can stall the less time we have to try and find a soultion. And they could sell our home and keep proceeds. I feel they shouldn't be able to tell you we are willing to help or not give a reasonable response in the amount of time they stated they would. Or use this for a stall tactic. When I called I always got voice message that said if you left more than 1 message they would take longer calling you back. I left 1 message didn't get a call back for 3 weeks. Still unable to talk to anyone only voice message: I feel this is another stall tactic to avoid reinstating the loan even on thier terms and the full amount asked to reinstate to be paid. I feel they are after our home so they can profit by stealing peoples homes after they feel it's more profitable to fourclose and sell than to carry the note any longer. ALL of these things should be illeagl. After we get our home out of fourcloser we plan to re-fi as soon as possiable. This company should not be allowed to continue in the mortage business they should also have to pay damages for every dime they're stall tactics have cost a consumer; as the amount it costs to reinstate goes up everyday that the property remains in default and stalling for weeks only makes them more money and makes it harder for the home owner to save his home and investment he made when he bought it.
