Completely screwed, scamed and ripped me off! Ripoff

I took out a payday loan for 279.00 in May. The companies policy is to pay back the loan in full or pay 79.00 to hold on the loan until your next pay. The following pay I extended the loan and they deducted 79.00 The pay after that I called to pay the loan back in full and got a voice mail where I lef my name & number and informed them that I wish to pay the loan in full. No one called back and the next pay the money was not taken out. I left another message no return call.

A month went by and then another no deduction from my account no return call. One morning I get a call at work saying I owe 500.00 I told them I left messages and they never to the money as agreed. I did not feel I should pay them that much money however I agreee to make arrangements if they would call me at home due to the fact that I operate a switchboard and could not be seen on personal calls at work. They would not hang up so I did.

They called 4 to 5 times a day at work that week and threatend to take legal action I said fine call me at home. They never did. They shared my personal financial matters with my co-workers who answer the switch board in my abscence causing huge embarrassment.

I then started getting calls saying I owe 861.00 every day again 4 to 5 times a day. Until I got a call from a Sherry Charles and made arrangement to pay 500.00 in payments of 100.00 a pay. The next day I started getting calls at work the company said that could find no arrangments I became so frustrated I hung up. They called right back. They scream at me in a very unprofessional manner saying they were going to charge me with fraud and take legal action!

I got 5 calls from 5 very rude people. I tried to call Sherry Charles back at the # she provided. The number is not in service! This is ridiculous for a loan for 279.00 that I attempted to pay back on time. This is complete and total scam!
