Ripoff will not refund secured deposit Atlanta Georgia

I called several times to try to get them to cooperate, however the mid eastern employees with their dubious version of the english language were unwilling or unable to help. Several times I was directed to call somewhere that had nothing to do with anything I was requesting.
I have emailed this company at least a dozen times. The first few had all the info the requested, yet they kept sending me a form letter asking for the same info again and again.

Finally, I got a response that was not a form letter, saying they would call in the next 48 hours. I sent them my cell# so I wouldn't miss the call.

That was two months ago... They still have not tried to contact me. I have sent three emails with the cell# since then. No response.

So far, it's been 5 months since I first emailed them.
Now I am also trying to find out if they will be legally responsible for repayment on intrest acrued at the same outragous rate they were charging me.
