Ripoff did not follow through on time with services Internet

I paid for their services. Per instruction, i was to click on a link to fininsh... There was no such link to click on. They did not respond back in time.

Since this was a service to help me file chapter 7 before the new law took effect... I was left to do on my own to meet the deadline!

I can never get a hold of any one regarding this. The phone # seems to be bogus! They say on theit message they will cintact in 24 hours! They haven't!!! I would like my refund of 77.00.
