Unprofessional strong arm tactics. Ripoff

These people are slime. They would not provide me with written records of the debts they're trying to collect. They said they already sent it and they were not going to play "the check's in the mail" game with me. I paid the debt off through another agency and can prove it, but I am hesitant to give them anything with my bank numbers on it. I filed a report with the BBB in MA, but the countered it with false information. I hate these people and will continue to fight them. I will not close the BBB case - obviosly it affects something for them to even respond to the the BBB. I am so mad I could spit! I see that I'm not the only one.
