We were solicited by this company for a mortgage loan. We said yes. They acquired us a loan and we "settled" on 9/8/05. The lender they used NATIONS FIRST LENDING chose not to fund our loan. Joe and James, The managers at Dana kept telling it would fund the next week, then the next and so on.in the meantime our Sept. Mortgage was late and therefore our credit scores have dropped lower and noone will give us a refinance. Now we are out the appraisal fees, and our current mortgage company may begin foreclosure proceedings. I feel that if they had been honest and helped us instead of leading us on, we would not be in the situation that we are. Nations First Failed to order a appraisal review before we closed and that is not our fault, now we are the ones to suffer. Dana Capital, as a Broker failed to work for our best interest.
