Ripoff the business that doesn't give a dam

We received our mortgage from Delta Funding in Sept. 2001. Delta sold our mortgage to Ocwen. Our problems began after the first of the year when we were told we we never made any payment, even though we received a 1098 tax form for 2001. Our property is now in foreclosure and Ocwen said we have to pay 3500- 4000 to keep our property. We have four children amnd can not afford to loose our property. We have tried many times to set up a possible payment plan, and placed many calls to Ms. Gillispie with no return calls. We either have to send them cash, no checks or they are going to sell our property thru the Hamilton County Sheriff's office. We already had an office drop off the suit.

Oh yea, another thing when the inspector came to inspect, he failed to inform us that the house was infested with termites and 60-70 % of all wooden studs would have to be replaced, I found out when the bathroom ceiling collapsed on my head.
