After speaking with an online help rep in August my info was given to Stellar to help me get out of debt within 4 years. I was told to make payments of $511 a month to Stellar and to stop making payments to my credit cards, as Stellaar would be negotiating with them to stop finance charges and any late charges that would be accruing. Mind you, at the time, I was not late with any payments, but I had only been making minimum payments as I had been disabled and out of work.
My credit was intact.

As a result of my dealings with Stellar and their "stellar" service, my credit is in the trash. Within 6 months i started getting collection letters from attorneys, of course Stellar told me there was not enough money in my trust fund to pay these accounts as their fees still were not paid yet, 6 months of payments of $511 payments & their fees still weren't paid?

Something wrong with this picture? I borrowed money to pay off the first one. THen another one came due they had $139.00 available to pay on the settlement which they did, I'm sure you can see where this is going. I have finally paid off the balance of my cards by refinancing my home, which they told me not to do, unsecured debt & all that rot. I have been waiting since August for my trust funds to be returned to me. They issued the check once, but stopped payment on it, said I owed them July's payment, but I had refinanced & paid everything off, so I stopped payment in July on their auto debit.

It is now October & I still don't have my trust funds and my bank charged me $15.00 when Stellar stopped payment. Will it ever end?
