Ripoff

I was contacted by a representative, her name was Carol, on June 23, and said, "I would receive my card with in two weeks for the amount of $2,000 to rebuild my credit and that would cost $250. I called the company, they said, "Shipping and Handling were backed up and I should receive my card in two weeks". Then, the package came with booklets stating "Identity Theft Presvention" and flyers, but no card. Boy, that was a rip-off for the amount, I paid.
