Richard refuses to remove my name from Teletrack report and I paid my loan in full on 1/5 Ripoff

Dear consumer complaints, In April I was a defendant in a civil suit # SCW 33. Judgement was rewarded to Richard Dan, dba Kamaaina Loan in the amount of $373.00 which was garnished from my two of my paychecks. On 9/26, I went to a company to get a loan. My loan was denied due to a report made by Kamaaina Loan on 7/12. I called Richard and asked him why he didn't remove my name from Teletrack since my loan was paid in full. He recognized who I was and said he was looking up his records but I still hadn't paid for the loan! He said I would need to contact my employer and to bring in a copy for proof of payment. I went home and got my court records and paystubs for proof. I then emailed him three times with no reply back from him. It's been over 4 years since i paid this off! I feel I am being treated unjustly and the company I went to said it's illegal to keep a person who has paid up on the report. I'm going to reprt this to the hawaii state Attorney General and Consumer Advocates!
