Ripoff

I had applied on the internet for a credit card. It said they were Capital One which is a ligitamate company. I got a call at my home wanting me to give them my account number. I gave them permission to take $200 security deposit to get a card. The 200 bucks is refundable. They are supposed to give you $50.00 payment vouchers (X 4) that you can use when you use the card. The problem is that there is no card. They debit the account and they get your information and money. You are out $200.
