Violated Cease & Desist order from lawyer! Tx 77081-1108

In early March I began to receive harassing and threatening calls from GC Services. I told this to my lawyer and he sent them a Certified Mail legal letter ordering them to send all coorespondeces to his office only. He followed this up with a fax and call. GC Services said ok on the phone. He received nothing on my behalf for 6 months, not a peep.

2 days ago I get a letter from GC Services in the US Mail. It was a demand of payment for the exact same account. The letter was dated in September and the envelope has a September post mark. I scanned both of these in to my computers.

I sent this to my attorney along with copies of his letter (and the Certified Mail receipts). His letter/receipts are dated late March.

Truly, it is unbelievable that they so blatantly disregard the Cease & Desist order. This is non-negotiable according to Federal Law. I feel this company will go to any length and, as such, I have asked my lawyer to immediately file law suit against GC Services for violations of federal law, harassment, intimidation, etc.
