Ripoff fraudulent Information on mortgage loan papers

We recently used clearview mortgage for a loan.in which false information was used to get us to sign with them.

Nothing they told us was done or in the mortgage, like no taxes, insurance, or the appraisal price inwhich was to be payed by philipp was not done. We did not have the money.

When we found out to late to do anything about this, so we had to pay the taxes, insurance, and the appraisal.inwhich they kept secert from us.

The person they sent out with the papers for signing would not let is read them. She said she needed to keep them in a certain order and wented to leave very quietly.

Now they will not answer our phone calls. They have their answering person tell us they are not there, which is not true.

I hope no one else uses this company for they use unfair tactic to get what they want and leave you flat, not knowing what to do next. Also afraid you will lose your home, but they got paid.

Papers would not let us read them because she came in the evening.
