Ripoff CIC charged made unauthorized $12 charge to my credit card!

I went through a link on the Yahoo! Home page for a free report figuring it was legitimate. They also hide behind the Experian name instead of CIC during the application process. They said I could get a free credit report and that I had 30 days to cancel before my card would be charged. They charged my card $12.00 that day, I never got a credit report, I never got an email with my account logon information, they refused to refund my money and they refused to cancel the service to avoid future charges! They totally scammed me and ripped me off!
