Scammers! Ripoff

I also am a victim to this motho-fo's. They told me they would give me a loan for $7000.00 at a 7% interest rate. I was excited because I was looking for a car loan and thought the interest rate was pretty good. For some reason I felt funny about sending them money as an insurance deposit, especially to Canada, but since I had a contract thought it must be legit.

Ted Gibson assured me that I would have my money the next day. When I checked my account and found that it wasnt there I contacted Ted Gibson who wouldnt answer his line all day. So I called the customer service department. The man that answered told me that I needed to send another $865.00 due to my credit. I said I didnt have that kind of money, and if I had $1900.00 I wouldn't need a loan in the first place. I asked if there was someone else I could speak to and he told me no, he was the highest in position there and the only person higher than him was the CEO. I was like huh? The customer service manager is directly under the CEO, no way!

I requested my money back and he said it would take 15 business days. Knowing then that I was probably getting the run around I called Ted Gibsons line (who was now conviently there) and asked if there was anything he could do. He said he could put a rush on the refund, but that's all. This all happened in July and I never received a penny back. They changed their number and the website is gone. I was suckered! I know now to be very careful about applying for loans online or period. If anyone out there has been ripped off by them too; lets get togehter and hunt them down! I'm so mad!
