Ripoff deception

I am writing to say that I have recieved a lot of postcards from this company stating that I have been approved. When I call in they then tell me that I have to pay $250. That is refundable but it is needed to process the information and to make the cards. I have never accepted, and have even asked to not have anymore "postcards" sent to me. They then tell me that I have to call a different number to request this and when I do that number is either disconnected or rings endlessly. Do not fall victim to this company. They offer false hope, and will rob you blind. They do not have or give good service.
