Ripoff, lied too, identy stolen

I went to vancover trust comany for a loan and david lewis asked me for my information and asked me how much I was asking for when I told him I was looking for a loan of a 8000 for debit consolidation. He told me he called me back with in the hour and told me he found a independent loaner that would be willing to lend me the money. He told me that I need to fist find a cosigner or I could secure the loan with a insurence policy through the company which would coast 1071.31 but I would recive the money back when the loan was payed off.

I went to my family and friends and asked then to cosigh for the loan and the few people that tryed had been declined. David lewis then told me that I had to go for the insurence policy and secure the loan. When I asked david lewis were I could send the money to secure the loan he told me that I need to western union it. David lewis gave me a name and told me that their offices were in canada were I would have to send the money. David lewis told me to send the money to Cris Walters in Ottwa Canada when i asked why david said that they were the ones that handled the money and would make sure the money would get to the insurance company. And i would get loan wired to my account in three days. When I sent the money I called david lewis and informed him that it was sent. David lewis then told me that on tuesday I would recive the money I called david on monday and the phone lines were down. So tryed the next day and the next and called information on thursday and they told me that no company ever excisted.
