Capital One ripoff

My wife and I have a $200.00 credit card with these guys. We were denied for a k-mart card (even though we are the main reason k-mart doesnt go completely out of business) and we pay our credit card every month. Now they just send us a card for a 7500 dollar card... Why? So they can deny us again?
Why do they purposefully do this? So they can make you feel bad?
We are trying to establish credit and these billionaire ass-holes make a carnival out of it! Its like Rat Race!
