Ripoff

I received several phone calls on this matter. I finally gave in to the solicitor and was promised a $2000.00 credit card with a $500.00 a day cash advance. I was to have it within 2 weeks. Then I contacted them and they said 22 days. The next contact I had with them said 40 days. The next contact said there has been a delay. I requested my money back and they gave me a name and address in Champlain, NY to write the request to. I have never heard from them. All I get now are recordings and they never return my call. I have gone to my bank and they also talked to them and I still could not get an answer. This has been going on since the 8th day of June and it is the 29th of August. They told me that the solicitors were located in Anchorage, Alaska and worked for many credit card companies. The main office for Oxford was in Champlain, NY. If anyone can help me I would be very appreciative. I am on disability social security and I feel like a victim. Thank You
