Luxury Vacation Mall AKA Luxury Cruise Specialists Charged me $939 ILLEGALLY - STAY AWAY! Ripoff

Luxury Cruise Specialists Inc AKA Luxury Vacation Mall was posting ads on job seeker websites. I responded and explained that I would like a job with them. They forced me to pay $489 upfront as well as another $60 in online training courses. This was in late May/early June.

This company took advantage of me during a time of unemployment. I feel cheated and tricked. I wish I never saw their ad.

I never made a single sale, nor a single dime. Within one month of signing up, I requested to terminate my contract with them and get a refund of my $489 setup fee. They refused a refund, but agreed to cancel my agreement (late June).

Over a year later in early August I noticed three charges on my credit card. They were for $50, $200, and $200. I contacted the company demanding to know why they charged me another $450 in addition the the $489 they charged back in 2004.

They said I was in contract with them to pay $50/month after being with them six months if I do not cancel my contract with them. I did cancel my contract in June but they lost the documentation. This company lies, is unorganized, and should be shot down by the public.

Never do any business with this company! You have been warned!
