Ripoff

I received a phone call to get a mastercard with a credit limit of $2000.00 with a application fee of $249.00. I agreed to do so and gave information off of checking account to take out. I was told that it would be prcessed and mailed to me. When you call the 800 number given to you during the process, they can not give you any answers because they are just a calling center. The calling center can not give you a direct number or address. When asked to place $249.00 back into checking, they tell you to write a request and send in. I 100% believe that I have been scamed.
