I got a call last week from some mortgage company stating that they were under contract with SPS to work with their customers to get them into a better rate loan and that SPS was under a federal judges ruling to do this as soon as possible before they file capter 13 and the loans are sold to the highest bidder. Has anyone else gotten this call. If they are going under great, but knowing SPS this is another ploy to get out of paying back their customers.
