Kept money saying they could not verify, ripoff

I filled out an online application & Orchard Bank withdrew 500.00 from my account. But then I did not get my card for a month. When I called to see where my card was they said the account was on hold due to verification problems. I told them you didn't have trouble verifying to take the money. I told them to close my account.

They said it would take 90 days. Unless I sent them some proof. I did. But then they said that they wanted more. They even said they had the SS Administration on the other line. I have never received my money back even 5 months later. ORCHARD BANK sucks. I also sent a letter of protest to Yahoo as that was where I saw the ad! Robert in Seattle
