I have been recieving emails from this individual for some time but have been reluctant to give him any pertinent information. He has informed me that I have nothing to worry about and that is completely risk free, but still I have not bought into it.

He has gone as far as sending me a death certificate, letter of administration, and an affidavit of fact and claim as "next of kin." But I noticed some discrepancies in the documents. For one they spelled my name incorrectly.

I have not heard anything from him since I let him know that my name was spelled incorrectly but I still am not going to give him my bank account number so he can deposit the money in my account either.

I just hope that no one does something that stupid so I wanted to file a report before someone did.
