Ripoff Gave out personal info to third party

These people really take the cake when it comes debt collection. I was on a phone conversation with my daughter and somehow this guy broke into that conversation and started saying that we had a breach of contract with Capitol One and that we owed them money. He was well aware that I was talking to my daughter because she stated "what the heck is this and who are you".

Not only did he give out my husbands ss number and other personal info but when I asked him what the he. He thought he was doing he yelled at me and said this was my fault and he did not know how my phone worked.
I sent letters to the Florida Attorney Generals office and the PA Attorney Generals office as well as the BBB and anyone else I could think of.

I received a nasty letter back from NCO and they stated that no privacy rights were violated and that I could not prove there was. However my daughter heard every word and will testify to that fact. NCO must have no morals at all and I can not believe that so many people have had bad experiences and they can not be stopped.
