merchants credit guide accepted a certified letter
written as follows:

My Name IS Greg Watts
This letter is in regards to your File#15-05247114.
I'm writing to recieve validation on this supposed debt.
You saying I owe you is not validation.
I'm going to need validation with my signature on a document,
Please provide me with that.
Till you can provide me with this any attempts on your part
to "reage" this or report any information on my
credit report will be met with every legal option available to me.
Till you can provide me with legitimate validation.
Do not contact me by mail or phone at home or my place of employment.

All Was quiet after they recieved that letter,
Till last night 07/19 8:37 PM (EST)
I recieved a telephone call from Ken Hughes
Who is a top officer of Mechants credit guide Co.
Stating he was not a salesman and this was not a solicitation
and had a matter of utmost importance to discuss with me.
The debt he calling about was probably way back in 1995
not to merchants credit guide. I asked them politely to send validation of this debt and to leave me alone till they can
I have the return receipts from the U.S. Mail along with the oringinal letter, i JUST Want them to leave me alone.
What legal recourse do I have
