Ripoff clients by routing their money to elsewhere

THese guys are incredible! Our company is a small business and used ACCPC as credit card processing company. One time after 48hours our money did not hit the bank, we called them, they said they hold it, and will hold it for a year for 'security reason'. Now a year passed, when i called them, they hung up on me, told me to sue them, threaten to call the police for 'hassling them', but will not give me my money. Totally $6800, a lot money for a small business like us, but I will spend as much money i could afford to sue them down!!!
