Fraudulent withdrawal of funds for nothing received Ripoff

Notice: If you have been ripped off by this company, it is time we all took a stand and fight back! Instead of each individual trying to get his / her money back one at a time, let us all try a class-action lawsuit.

This is the ONLY way we, the actual people, can shut them down for good!

I was told I would receive the same thing everyone else was supposed to get. The $5,000 credit card and a benefits package. Well, I am still waiting! It has been a month now, and I still haven't seen a thing!

Get this, not only did they deceive me into thinking I was going to improve my credit, they took the $299.00 out of my savings account when there wasn't any money in the account in the first place. Well, the bank actually paid it, and then charged me the overdraft fees.

Everytime I call their 800 number, I get put on hold forever, then am told there is NO Refunds. If, and when, I get their information (correct for my state), I am seeking a lawyer to shut them down. They stated I had a chance to cancel before they took the money, but I wasn't give a time limit. You know the recordings that they supposedly made? I really don't think they did.

The BBB doesn't really show anything about these people, we should place an add in the local papers warning others of this scam. I have filed a report with my state's Attorney Generals office. I am also working on getting a repayment from my bank. As soon as the money disappeared from my account, I was on the phone to them.

Please, let us stop this madness before others get duped!
