My son tried to write a check at ez mart store here in arkansas, he was refused because of a code 3, ez mart says it is not their problem and they refuse to do anything about it, he has already paid 18.00 dollars for overdraft due to this and he recieved no merchandise and yet they are still taking it out of his account again causing another overdraft, i don't know what to do, he is only 15 it is one thing to rip off an adult but a kid that is cruel.

That one check has cost him 36 dollars plus the 5.21 he wrote that is a rip off.
